Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery Timelines

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days, free on orders over ₹1,999 (₹99 below that)
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days, ₹149, available in select pincodes

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track it anytime from My Account → Orders.

Coverage

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not yet available but is planned for future launch.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact our support team with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier partner immediately.
